We are seeking dynamic and results-driven International Sales Managers to spearhead our expansion in key global markets. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in Departmental Stores, Hypermarkets, Big Box stores, QSRs, Food Delivery platforms, janitorial companies, importers, and distributors. This role demands a proactive Sales Manager eager to scale operations, acquire new customers, and strengthen our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Global Market Expansion:

  • Develop and execute an international sales strategy to drive growth in target global markets.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential prospects while expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent the organization at international trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to refine sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate + MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 4-10 years in international B2B sales to the industries specified above.
  • Skills: Strong global business acumen, networking, and relationship-building expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the packaging sector is an advantage.
